Coast Personnel is Hiring a Bilingual Recruiter Near Zion, IL
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Recruiter-- Spanish/English to join our team.
We are needing someone ASAP with the ability to
1. Recruit Applicants with assembly and electronic assembly experience. SMT Operators as well.
2. Must be able to source applicants via social media-Job fairs and interview boards.
ie: Careerbuilder-Indeed-Linkedin etc.
3. Must be able to work 8am to 5 and some Saturdays when needed (Very Few)
4. Must have at least 2 years recruiting experience preferably in the temporary staffing industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
